Our services include precision grinding with different roller covering
finishes to meet your tolerance requirements. Finishes include polished,
fine & rough grind, tooled, and antislip which will yield optimal
results with your materials and production methods. Upon request,
we can include additives with the resin formulation to create special
surface finishes.

in-house machine shop expands our capabilities to include manufacturing
of new metal roller cores to meet your design requirements. This
allows us to provide a turn-key operation for our customers who
require full fabrication of their rollers including coverings.
Another service from Urethane Innovators,
Inc. is to recondition your existing rollers. This entails stripping
the worn covering from the core and rebuilding it to your specifications.
As a part of our incoming inspection we check for journal damage
and core soundness. Metal core repair is provided upon customer
approval.
